300 pushups, 300 squats, 40 pull ups, and 35 dips. I would have done more but there were some time constraints.
Every once in a while when I’m at my local Target, Wal-Mart, or Best Buy, I browse the magazine section and often run into Health Magazines. You see your typical; Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and what not. One day I asked myself a question regarding these magazines, “How many different workouts and diets exist?!” What I mean by this is how can a monthly magazine produce so many different exercises that continue to be cutting edge and new to the public? Of course I realized that it’s nothing but bullshit; these magazines make slight alterations to different types of workouts in order to keep their business going. If they were to say that pull ups, burpees, squats, push ups, dips, and other compound exercises are the way to go, which is the truth, then they would cease to exist. What’s your opinion on this?

Yikes! I just finished my workout that consisted of; 300 push ups, 60 pull ups, and 40 shoulder raises. I wish I had more variety going on but I’m limited to what my home “gym” can provide. Now to relax and then watch some “Homeland”.
Started off really strong today; I did 1000 pushups in 5 minutes with a baby elephant sleeping on my back. AXIOS!!! AXIOS!!!! I’m just kidding, of course. I’ll post what I did later. I have pull ups, push ups, and shoulder exercises going on today.
I hate to start off with negativity but this break from school has been really boring and it’s very unfortunate because I won’t have a break for quite a while due to school; I attend the University of California, San Diego and it, of course, goes by the quarter system. Despite all this, I’ve come up with a plan! I will set up a blog about exercise, dieting, and school work. Basically, the most important things going on in my life that are worth reading about :D I don’t know what the &%^ I’m doing but I shall learn. Wish me luck.
